How Eddie Works...

Most cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means the legal fee is a percentage of the recovery. If there is no recovery, you owe no legal fee.
In most cases the expenses are advanced by Eddie and reimbursed from the case recovery.
Eddie looks at many cases and carefully evaluates each case. As a small firm not every case can be accepted. Sometimes if Eddie is unable to accept your case, he may be able to refer you to another lawyer who may be able to help you.
The value of each case is different and must be evaluated separately. Eddie has been evaluating and representing people for over two decades. However, there is never a guarantee of a recovery.
Most cases settle without the need for a trial. However, Eddie prepares every case as if it will be tried. That way ensures the maximum settlement potential and that everything is ready if a trial is necessary.
Of course. No case is settled without the client’s express consent. If settlement negotiation occur, you will be fully informed.
It depends of the nature of the case and where the case is pending. More complex cases, cases in which a person’s injury has not healed, and cases in larger cities often take longer to get to trial. Often this question cannot be answered until several months after the lawsuit is filed and it is known what judge has been assigned to the case.
Will you speak with me or do I have to work with your assistants?
